Health Tips in Ayurvedam

Take a glass of lemon juice prepared in warm water three to five times a day.

Do Yoga and Meditation.

Take a lot of fruits continuously for a week. Avoid fish, meat, egg, and artificial drinks during this time.

Walk briskly for half an hour or longer in the evening.

Chew some cloves.

Take Triphala Churnam with warm water during night. It acts as a mild laxative and strengthens colon and reinstates digestive fire (Agni).
